Absolutely perfect and kind staff and charming accommodation. Accommodating and tidy units available with bedroom as well as 2 elder children. Marvellous location in the lovely area, very close to the Rialto bridge and a lovely walk away from St Marco square, the main shopping street and the Rialto Bridge and the canals. Again, not far from an ornate footbridge. Nice service and quiet ambiance. The early check-in process too.

The guest room is new-fashioned and romantic. This hotel offers delicious breakfasts with bread rolls, varieties of salty plus delicious coffee. The venue is placed in a central position really close to St Marco's Square.

In overall, the place is quirky, has very hospitable and responsible staff at reception desk for us. The units are romantic, brand-new on the lower floors. Plus, the location is absolutely perfect and nice, minutes from a grand showpiece square. The area is busy close enough to close to main sights, and sightseeing and the atmosphere.

The location was fantastic and amazing, for example, a grand showpiece square was not too far from the hotel. And the area was really quiet, short walk to the main shopping street and the Rialto Bridge, and amazing restaurants and sites. The twin room had basic facilities you need, a safe, central heating, and coffee/tea makers.

Stayed in luxurious deluxe queen room with a private balcony which was great. The hotel's position was marvellous and particularly good, close to a cruise ship as well as restaurants and shops. The staff was accommodating, superfriendly all the time.
